"I've been ordering from Papa Murphy's for years, but I had a disappointing experience at this location on two occasions. During my second order, the pizza was saturated with grease. I didn’t notice it at first and ended up putting it in the oven. Before long, the house was filled with smoke. I had to take the greasy pizza out and throw it away, and there was still grease on the bottom of the pan. A few nights later, while using my oven, I discovered that the grease had dripped into the bottom and started a fire. This occurred back in December. I called this location to report the incident, but supposedly..."

The so-called shift manager engages in conversations with other employees to belittle customers, right in front of them. "Great Pizza. Having to take it home to cook sounds like to can be a pain, but it's more than worth it. This isn't like frozen pizza you cook at home, it's a pizza made from scratch, using fresh ingredients, and you can certainly taste the difference."

"Though I walked in w/my cane. There were 3 employees on staff and no other customers around. No one offered to help w/the 4 items I purchased. I also didn't like the political stickers placed on the cashiers window in the front of the store. Food was a bit pricey, but good. Items were ready when I arrived and it was exactly what I wanted. Female emploee who answered phone was polite (Other 2 staff were male). Customer service and overall “vibes” not so much."

"Got a $10 Tuesday's deal here the other week and the employees were absolutely wonderful! I asked about a new item the S'mores Bar and they were not pushy at all. They explained it was a replacement for the s'mores dessert pizza and, in their opinion, was even better than the previous pizza AND better than the cinnamon wheel. Anyone who has eaten here before can confirm this is a bold claim, as the cinnamon wheel is top notch cuisine, but I was intrigued. In the end, they actually advised me not to purchase the bar as it would be too much for a single person to eat, and I appreciated their candor tremendously! I always get the thin crust Chicken Mediterranian pizza and would highly recommend it, along with the wonderful staff at this location!"
