"Worse experience from a pizza store. I ordered because it was only 0.8 miles away. Kids were hungry. Ordered online at 6.39. When 40 minutes passed they were called. Then again called 1 hour later. Both time the guy who received the phone lied that pizza is one the way. After 1.30 hr another guy received phone and then said pizza was not prepared. They will be ready soon. Driver arrived half an hour later. I did not blame the Driver because he said he got it few minutes back. I will never order there. Sharing this experience and I also sent this note to the store manager. Update: 1/2/2019 Sorry. Not interested for a Dinner as make up. Sharing the screenshot of the complain sent to the store manager given to the driver who carried the pizza. I hope this helps improving service of this store."

"Called orderd wings and specifically asked for blue cheese instead of ranch. Upon delivery no blue cheese or even the ranch. I don't care for wings by them selves. I call the store and asked if they could drop it off. They said no not going to drop offjust sauce. Even though it was over 20 bucks with tip. I would have retipped as well as gas is ridiculous and the driverdidn't make the mistake. I asked if they can just refund the order and pick it up or give me a credit since it wasn't how iordered it. Nope 23 bucks wasted. the managers attitude not to correct thier mistake, irritated me. Been ordering grammas for20 plus years at Batavia and withamsville locations. I liked the food and am all about non corporate businesses . All he hadto do was have a driver drop the sauce off on next delivery, the driver would have gotten tipped and I would have been happy.Everyone wins. But the managers attitude and inability to take care of a long time customer, especially when they messed up,results in a loss for everyone. Grammas will never again be purchased in my house 20 plus years ordering from the Grammasfamily. Never once did they not fix things whenever they worked inside the stores. When your business gets so big you stoptaking care of your customers you have become corporate. So we part ways. Update....the wings were dry and wayover cookedwings. Terrible."

"I really wanted to support a local business, but unfortunately, the pizza was quite disappointing. While the pizza itself was bad, what really stood out was the poor service from the staff. Many people rave about Coco’s because it was featured on a TV show, but in my opinion, it doesn’t even rank among the top ten pizza places within a five-mile radius. "The pan-style pizza here is delicious and quite filling. The cheese is impressively stretchy, and the crust has a great flavor. However, the hot wings weren't as spicy as I expected; they felt more like regular wings with little sauce or heat. This might just be due to regional differences, as I prefer a spicier kick. Nevertheless, they were cooked perfectly—super crispy on the outside while remaining tender and not overcooked on the inside. I would definitely order both again. It's tough to beat this place, especially with other nearby restaurants charging $45 for a pizza."

"I had my first experience at this restaurant, and it was great! Mary, the bartender, was incredibly friendly and informed me about the drink and food specials. She also has an impressive talent for pouring draft beer! The venue is clean and spacious, making it very inviting. I would definitely recommend visiting here! They also offer free Wi-Fi and have large TVs for watching sports. Thank you, Mary, for the excellent customer service!"

"Amazing amazing amazing place. My daughter who are 5 and 6 are able to do the rides by themself and just went on the right got off went back in line ... for hours!!! The food was well priced. And the best thing of all? They had football on for the parents! Not to mention that you actual win tickets with the money you spend and for the first time ever we were able to walk away from a place with really cool fair ticket cost price prizes and even after getting two 600 ticket items we still had 765 left. We could have never gotten those at chuckle cheese. I love that this is family owned, my daughters had so so so so sooooo much fun and so did my husband and I, you guys not only have the hip new games you always have the old school ones I remember spending my time and money playing and that made it so fun for us. I can't not wait to come back again and now I know where to come when the snow gets bad! Thank you again for a wonderful Sunday full of fun, we will always come back!"
