"I will not order from this restaurant again. I placed an online order for a large pizza and breadsticks, with a total of $28, which I find outrageous. Unfortunately, the pizza was quite disappointing and lacked flavor. I specifically do not recommend the Margherita pizza, as it was bland with barely a layer of cheese.
When I arrived at the store to pay, the card machine had a pre-calculated tip amount that I couldn't change. I told the employee that I was unable to decline the tip, and he simply instructed me to hit the green button to proceed. When he handed me the receipt, it showed that I had been charged almost $4 for a tip, despite me clearly stating twice that I did not want to leave one. He just stared at me and didn't offer to remove it.
I want to clarify that I do believe in tipping well when deserved. However, after placing an online order, driving to the store, parking, and walking in the pouring rain to pick up mediocre pizza – and then being forced to add a tip – I’ve learned my lesson and will not be returning."
