"However, this time, the pizza we received was inedible. It arrived cold and overcooked, looking nothing like the one I had previously enjoyed. The crust was extremely hard—so hard, in fact, that it hurt my teeth to bite into it. It was burnt and appeared as though it had been cooked hours earlier and left to sit on top of the oven to stay warm. The amount of cheese was minimal, allowing the sauce to be visible underneath, and it tasted more like it was made on saltine crackers than actual dough.
My husband’s family is from New York, so we appreciate a good thin slice, but this was just dry and hard—not the light crust we were expecting. I would like to request a replacement for my pizza because I know you can do better, given the excellent meal I had previously. Additionally, when I ordered a 2-liter Coke, I would have appreciated being informed if it was out of stock, rather than having you assume a replacement. Thank you for considering my feedback."
