"When in Murphy, I go to this restaurant almost exclusively but it seems no one is minding the restaurant these days. Arrived and a my friend arrived less than a minute later, we sat at table for over 10 minutes when a waitress ask if we'd been helped. After saying no the waitress stepped 5 feet away to carry on a conversation with 2 men sitting at the bar and ignored us for more than 10 minutes. We should have left but instead we went and sat at the bar. We were waited on promptly where we were quickly served drinks and salads. We ordered MILD wings and they arrived timely but were not mild by any stretch of the imagination even though cooked to perfection. After each of us trying a wing we told our server that the wings were to spicy, which she said that had happened twice the day before. She took our wings and returned shortly today the cook was going to put butter on them and refry. NO, NO, NO, first that's a health code violation, you don't recook food that patrons have been served and eaten from. Needless to say the wings came back overcooked and were grease sponges. We declined the wings and our server requested a new order. This time the wings were deliberately overcooked by the cook to the point of being inedible. Our server was aware but being quite young was at a loss to rectify the situation. I live about 30 miles away in Georgia in a tourist town and even here our wings are not as pricey and if served incorrectly a new order would have been immediately provided. Shame on the owners of this restaurant first for over charging and secondly for hiring a vindictive cook who clearly violates health codes. I'm disappointed that any restaurant owner would tolerate this behavior."
