"I ordered three slices of pizza and asked if they could leave them in the oven a bit longer than usual. However, I was informed that only two of the three slices could be put in the oven because the third had just come out. When I got my box, the one slice that didn’t go in was the worst – it was floppy and cold, the lowest quality pizza I’ve ever had. I feel it should have been mentioned beforehand that I couldn’t customize my order before I paid."
