"I'm increasing my rating by a few stars due to the business's response below. While I won’t be accepting their offer, I sincerely appreciate their acknowledgment of an area that needs improvement. Thank you for addressing it. Unfortunately, my experience was quite rude. When I called to place a delivery order, I was met with, “You double wrong bro, we’re closed and we definitely don’t do delivery this late. Bye” followed by a hang-up. When I called back to explain that Google indicated they delivered until 9 and to apologize for the misunderstanding, I was told, “We’re closed, please do not call back,” and then hung up again."
