"I've often looked forward to our annual visit to Lake George, particularly for the delicious prime rib. However, this year was quite disappointing. We were seated right under an air conditioning unit, and it was freezing! When we asked if we could be moved, we were informed that the air conditioning would only be adjusted once that table was free. When it became available, others were seated there, despite their complaints about the cold. We decided to stick to our guns and remain where we were, but it was uncomfortable. To make matters worse, the service was very slow, which made the meal even more unpleasant. As much as I love the food there, I’d seriously reconsider returning after this experience. We were all so cold!"
