"Best ramen I?ve ever had! The tonkotsu broth had an insane amount of flavor and mouth feel. You could tell it was probably simmered for a day or two. The restaurant itself was really nice, felt like a real ramen bar (to the best of my knowledge). Theladies who waited on us were really sweet and even told us of a sister restaurant in San Antonio which we?ll definitely betrying! I personally think $13 is not overpriced considering all the work, time, and effort that goes into making ramen. Googlethe process for making it: simmering the bones/broth for hours/days, making the chashu pork, making the homemade spicy paste, slicing the veggies, soft boiling eggs, having true alkaline ramen noodles that are cooked perfectly. $13 is not too expensiveat all considering everything involved. Try making it at home and you?ll see what I mean. Definitely recommend this place forfantastic ramen in Houston!"
