"Worst McDonalds in Watsonville. I order through drive thru. They had me move to window #3 to get my food. I waited there for 15 minutes while they gave everyone else their food behind me. I got off and asked them if they were going to give me my food. Thegirl in the window looked confused, they then bring me my incomplete order I called the manager on site and told her that I didnot receive my complete order and she asked me if I had my receipt (which they did not provide me with one) I told her they didnot give me one and she replied with the worst tone well you should always get one so I replied if you are a manager this isnot the way you need to reply to a customer she hanged up the phone on me. I tried calling back and she did not pick up mycall. What kind of customer service is this. I will be reporting this to BBB because this is not the first time I see this."
