"I ordered a 10? of cauliflower crust cheese pizza with two topped sausage mash room) by phone and was told to pick up in 10mins, total costed me $22.70 with taxfor cash deal pay credit card would charge another 3 admini fee). I?ve picked it upin 12 mins. But I am very disappointing that pizza was cold such like it?s never been hot in the oven. Also, pizza slice wasthin as cookie with very little cheese on top. Do no recommend to go this restaurant."

"Most importantly, this is the best pizza by the slice available in Bay Ridge right now.We stopped in on a Saturday for a quick lunch and to-go order and walked away pleasantly satisfied. The Hot Grandma's square with pepperoni and Mike's Hot Honey was delicious and very well-balanced. The Mediterranean slice was fresh and featured an abundance of fresh vegetables and olives. The to-go item was a buffalo chicken slice which looked and tasted amazing.The only disappointment was the small order of garlic knots. It did not taste like it was made with the same dough as the pizza, or the same sauce as on the pizza. Leading to an off taste when being eaten along with the pizza. This issue does not impact my review as I was hoping for good pizza and received excellent pizza.Other than that, good service, employees, and a clean establishment."

"I am so happy and lucky to have this deli in my own backyard. The sandwiches that they offer are amazing with all the different specialty sandwiches. The staff is extremely friendly and they make you feel like friends. The owner is on his game with these sandwiches, he creates new and original ideas for making specialty sandwiches. He offers specialty sandwiches with amazing meats and gourmet breads. Had the pork belly Bahn mi today and by far one of my favorite sandwiches to date!"

"This place is so special. It’s very popular with locals and for a good reason. The food is always fresh and well made with weekly and seasonal specialties. My husband and Mom have dietary restrictions and are always able to find something on the menu that is pleasing. Chicken Riggies and Grilled chicken sandwich with rarebit sauce are always fam favorites. If you get the rare bit sauce with pretzels, hang on to it for the entree and dip some fries in. Personally, I love the nachos, pretzels, veggie burgers, salads with falafel and any of their sides. The winter menu mushroom kale burger is my standard order. The shells and sauce are favorites of my NYC Italian mom who usually hates on all sauce that’s not her own. The French Onion soup has plenty of the umami flavor and coziness that you you expect and want from that dish. They offer a great selection of beers some of which are their own. My favorite is Hop Pop IPA. They have a program called “The Giving Tap” which highlights a weekly special beer with proceeds going to community charities. I have never had anything but a wonderful experience with their staff. The hosts and waitstaff are usually very busy but nothing short of kind, respectful and professional. I notice there is a core staff that is there for years and that says something. Have a bad day? Come to Krogh’s. Good day? End of the week? Family visiting? Snow day? Summer night? The answer is always Krogh’s for us because they consistently provide an exceptional experience. The prices are fair, it’s not Applebees or a pizzeria. *My parents recently house sat for us on their 40th anniversary. We got them a gift card for a night out and they were treated so nicely. They had the special forest booth and were given a bottle of champagne. It made them so happy."

"I went to get pizza after work, and the person at the front counter was quite rude. He seemed older and shorter in stature. When I returned to get a drink, he told me it was $2, to which I replied, "Okay." In response, he started slamming the menu and began speaking in another language. I definitely won't be coming back; if you're in a bad mood, don't take it out on your customers! When I said thank you, he didn’t even look at me."

"I order takeout from this place 2-4 times a month, and it’s usually quite good (I always get the same thing—Greek salad with chicken). It seems hard to mess that up, right? Normally, I really enjoy this salad, especially with the little garlic bread slices that come with it. However, today, something was definitely off with the chicken; it tasted old and unusual. I tried the first piece of bread, which was fine, but when I looked at the second slice, I noticed that it had MOLD on it. I immediately threw the rest away. I understand that restaurants are facing tough times, but come on! As a quick update, I called to share my experience with them, and they refunded me for the salad, showing that their customer service is very understanding, which I really appreciate."

"I have to thank Anna and her staff for a wonderful catering experience. They were able to cater 3 events in a 16 hour time frame for 500 guests in total. All with different menus from. A cocktail party, to breakfast to a light lunch. Each event was special, perfect, and delicious. I have have heard nothing but rave reviews from our staff her at Smilow Cancer Hospital. I have nothing but good things to say and will only be using them in the future!"
