"While the food has generally been good, it hasn't quite reached greatness. Unfortunately, our experience in 2022 was marred by concerning service. We were a table of six and had to wait a long time just to place our drink order. After that, we waited over an hour for our food, despite the restaurant being less than half full. In fact, a couple who was seated after us managed to order, eat, and leave before our meals arrived.
Despite being an understanding group, the service was incredibly slow and disappointing. What really left a sour impression was how quickly the staff came to collect the bill and tip after we had waited so long for our food—it felt quite tacky. On a positive note, the owner seems to be a hardworking and genuinely nice person, and I believe he cares about his customers. I hope our experience was just a one-time occurrence. I would still recommend this restaurant, but I have some reservations based on how we were treated during our last visit."
