"I do not recommend this restaurant. The food tasted like it had been stored for a long time. I visited on Sunday, March 10, 2024, and I must say the service was extremely poor, leading to a very unpleasant experience. It was obvious that the waitress had to step in to help in the kitchen while the waiter was absent, which left much to be desired. Overall, it was a terrible experience, and even now, I still have an upset stomach and am taking medication as a result."

"We loved the food. However, this evening we started to place an order and use one of the coupons (we’ve used often since we order 1-2 times a week from here). The gentleman said asking the order told us “you can’t use this coupon every time you order”. There no mention of this on the site or the menu. I’ve never had an issue using coupons here in the past. I asked him to cancel our order. Safe to say, we won’t be ordering from here again. If you offer a coupon with no mention of how many times you can use that coupon, you should honor it."

"Good food, mainly chicken shawarma and baba ghanoush (made with roasted eggplant and tahini paste). Chicken Shawarma was juicy and tender. Very crispy Falafel. Chicken kabab was also good but with fewer pieces. The french fries portions were great. Lambshawarma was a little dry. Baklava was filled with too much cinnamon, very strange. Recently, there is a huge surge in price.Not worth the current price. Working staffs changed as well, who are not good at cooking. Served us smelly chicken andundercooked falafel."

"Sarpino?s Pizzeria is everything! So much appreciated the customer service! Highly recommended place for pizza and other snacks! First time trying this place out! I ordered their famous and best seller Specialty Pizza and also cinnamon sticks and drinks. Iam really amazed by its quality and texture. Also, the taste is incredibly great! You will absolutely love their menu, full ofaffordable offers, and you can buy anything you want on the menu at such fair prices. The customer service here is great! All ofthe staff is good, personable, and decent. They are always willing to help their customers and keep them entertained. Theyreally do their job properly. All of them are working so fast. Great people to be with! Outstanding customer service! The ordersare always served right and exactly. Kudos to all of the staff! This place is calming, relaxing, and the ambiance inside willgive you a good vibe. Though the place is very busy, it is really worth visiting! "Pizza took about 35mins from when I ordered it which was quicker than It estimated it would arrive. Ordered a personal pizza about 8 inches it says. To be honest the size was the only thing that I was not happy about but the quality was really good and it wasn 't too greasy. They put a lot of toppings on there as well. I will attach a picture. Overall I will order from them again if Im really hungry since I work overnights. 4 stars because I feel the pizza was a little bit too small... Dominos gives you a bigger size for about the same or little less price but usually less toppings. Smh just cant win huh? Oh and they close at 3:30am and deliver pass hours other restaurants don 't. I will also see about ordering over the next few weeks to see if the bad reviews are true. But again first experience quick. Easy."

"Decided to try again after not ordering in awhile. This has been my go to and only pizza place in West Seattle for the past few years now. The owner or manager or whoever he is has always treated me decent if I call in and go pick my order up and the lady who takes my orders is always nice and helpful and the delivery drivers have always rushed my orders it seems and of course I’m just down the street not far. It seems the prices may have gone up some during the pandemic of the past almost 2 years like everything else. My order of cheese bread and sides of cream dipping sauce and a large pizza and an order of pasta comes to about $60 and of course an added $10 $15 for the hardworking and tip earning delivery driver each time. Showing love for those in the services providing industry. It hits the spot once in awhile when you’re not in the mood to cook and just having a chill day at home with your kids or whoever."

"A Horrible ExperienceWe dropped $70 in this drafty old shed, and they couldn 't manage plastic cups for our drinks.They did give us 2 straws for our 3 drinks (so we drew straws for them, see that? We had to wipe our table clean before we sat.We could see other tables were dirty.The staff weren 't busy, they just weren 't bothered.They gave us plastic cutlery to use when we ate out of the polystyrene containers our $70 worth of food was handed to us in.Everything about this place is sub-par. It looks ok from the outside, a 1950s style diner. When you get inside you realize it hasn 't been properly cleaned since the 1950s. The vinyl is all ripped on the seats, the whole place feels like unhappiness.The waitress cashier person was just about polite enough that we couldn 't complain about her, but not friendly enough that you 'd make the mistake of thinking she enjoys working here.And their food Is VILE..Their 'protein bowl ' is SUPPOSED to be a selection of nutritious veg on a bed of quinoa. We got about three-quarters of the listed veg mixed with boiled white rice (no quinoa! It was warm and the whole lot tasted of grease, like it had been thrown on a griddle and flash fried (a greasy fried salad, no less! and on top they threw a fillet of salmon that looked like it had also been fried in grease and rolled in some kind of seasoning powder..It was the most disgusting thing I have ever tasted, and I have eaten from food trucks in Romania.The roast beef was a large gooey mound of dog-food-looking slop on a greasy bun.. also inedible..The pizza was a defrosted pre-packed base with several pounds of cheap melted mozzarella, and some frozen veg (tinned mushrooms, olives from a jar.. I managed about half of it, because I was hungry, no other reason..My friends ate a slice each because they were unable to eat their own food..How do you get a pizza wrong?It 's bread and cheese for the love of God!The fries were ok.Not 70 bucks ok, just ok.We left zero tip, but they can keep the food we didn 't eat.Won 't be back."

"I had the same experience with your closing guy I guess he must be the one that doesnt like working nights. First of all i called 2 times and the guy hangs up on me before even getting the chance to even say anything, and then Iam calling right back to ask where the store is he just did not want to help me with any info and he hangs up on me again. I finally go to the store to order a pizza and he picks for me a pan pizza to make when I did not tell him pan or thin. Anyways I ended up cancelling and getting my money back. That guy his name tag says Kosti I think he needs to have a talk with the owner because he is very rudeee!!"

"**Great Vegan Pizza Options!** I ordered the Vegan Mediterranean Classic and the Vegan CYO 10” Deep Dish. The Vegan CYO Deep Dish was fantastic! It had a wonderful texture, delicious flavor, and great toppings. My Choose-Your-Own (CYO) pizza featured Beyond Italian Sausage, black olives, and vegan plant-based pepperoni, all topped with vegan marinara. Overall, I would rate this Deep Dish a solid 4 out of 5! On the other hand, the Vegan Mediterranean Classic wasn’t my favorite. It was decent but a bit dry, which could be due to the delivery time. I’d rate it 3 out of 5—not great, but not bad either. "A couple weeks back I ordered from them just to get a 12 inch pizza, cheese, marinara. That's it. Do you know how much that cost? just a few dollars shy of 30 USD. THAT is insane. I remember when you could order 2 large pizzas for the price of one (matching the price of the pizza with the most toppings) and that would have been 23 USD and some change on the spot for a Pineapple and Bacon 14 The price increase is insane, especially since this is NOT a gourmet pizzaria. This is fast food pizza just like Papa Johns, Pizza Hut, and Dominos are. Better quality than Little Ceasars, but gives you the same stomach issues of those 3 other places. I will not order from here again, I will just spend my money at a normal pizzaria at this point. At least the pizza is better quality (heck, the worst things on Sarpinos' menu is the pasta. Real Pizzarias can do pastas just fine lmao) for the same price."

"The staff here is incredibly unprofessional. I placed an order through Grubhub, but when I went to pick it up, their doors were locked. I knocked several times, but the employees completely ignored me. After waiting for a while, I decided to call the restaurant because I really needed my order. When I finally received my food, I spoke to the manager to ask why the doors were locked and why they had ignored me while I was knocking. Instead of addressing my concerns, she responded in a dismissive and rude manner, then hung up on me. The level of customer service here is appalling—my dog has better manners! I don’t know who owns this establishment, but I strongly suggest hiring professional staff who genuinely care about customer service. This place is a complete joke, and the reviews on Google and Grubhub reflect that. On a positive note, I rate the food 3 out of 5 stars."

"Consistently the BEST food delivery in south Overland Park! Great job, Sarpino’s, OP! Exhausted hungry at 1am last week, having just moved days prior, I ordered at such a late or early) hour. Not only was my salad huge awesome, but the delivery was perfect. I now live in a big apartment complex was concerned that the delivery person may not find it. I fell asleep briefly, woke up checked outside my door and there it was. How many other delivery services have not been as great? Too many. "The bread sticks were hard and paper thin. The pizza always arrives cold. The one and only time I called about the pizza being cold, I was offered a refund, which I accepted. The next time I went to order, my telephone number was listed as fraudulent and if I wanted to make an order I would have to use a different telephone number. So because I complained, and was given a refund, as I should have been, my telephone number was flagged for being fraudulent!"
