"Came to Roam because I had a craving for burgers and because it was opportunistically located right by a YEE event. Looking over the menu, I was a little disappointed that this location didn't offer many unique protein options. When I've been to other Roam locations, I've had the opportunity to try the likes of elk and venison which was always what made Roam a little more special in my books. No worries though, the second way to sell me on a burger is to slap an egg on it so of course I had to have the Sunny Side which featured a pasture raised egg, aged white cheddar, caramelized onions, greens, tomato, and chili sauce. I upgraded to a brioche bun (free! Nice! and asked for my beef to be medium rare.Sadly upon delivery, it was all just not as expected. My egg was already spilt everywhere and upon cutting into the patty, it was grilled so hard the cow probably died twice. Taste wise, luckily all those toppings were fresh. It was a saving grace to get that nice crisp tomato, the sweet caramelized onions, and the slight bite from the arugula. I also really enjoyed Roam's smoky habanero hot sauce so good! Overall, it's still a decent burger for the price but the quality could use a little work imo."
