"Here is what you expect to hear: Ritz Carlton....? Where, how? Yes the building that comprises the 100 rooms of the Ritz Carlton is actually NOT ocean facing, but rather ocean view, and mostly with direct view of Haulover beach as well as the ocean to the side. The location is somewhat dated, certainly very dark, meaning it was dimly lit throughout, and there is in fact work being done (at this moment) that made relaxing, dining, and attempting to enjoy a peaceful experience somewhat challenging. Decor in the rooms is somewhat dated and could use a lively refresh of sorts, as well as some additional lighting options The food options are mainly one location, the Artisan Beach House, where the service is attentive, courteous, and prompt, the food is delicious, and the view is superb. These are some reasons why a facility should warrant 3-4 stars out of 5, and my review is for 4 stars for the reasons I mentioned above. My review offers a slightly different approach to this resort, as it typically does to everything else I experience in life..... with a grain of salt, and maybe followed by a shot of 1800. This facility is ideally situated on the inlet of the ocean and intercostal, at Haulover beach. I would advise everyone, everywhere, and all times..... DO YOUR RESEARCH before booking. Yes, limited food options, especially if you are traveling over the weekend throughout the week, and would like to eat at locations other than Artisans Beach House on a Sunday and Monday. Like many food establishments, closing on a Monday is typical so again, do your research for dining locations before you come, and decide to be disappointed when leaving bad reviews because certain locations (outside the hotel) are not open. The hotel is clean, smells great, and seemingly all staff members there were present the same day the customer service class was being taught. All the team members are gracious, kind, and do what they can to accommodate your requests with a smile. That right there folks is 90% of hospitality service in a nutshell. Regarding other comments you read like water leaking from the shower, thin bathrobes, bad views, stains, etc. Yes.. this is Florida, and there are people responsible for ensuring the upkeep, and maintenance of these facilities. I mentioned that people are there to do the work, right? NOT ROBOTS, not AI- YET. So like most people, we are not perfect, and there is no such thing as perfection, even at the Ritz Carlton. Just because your perception does not meet the reality, doesn 't always mean that reality is not trying its hardest, and doing its best to meet every guests perceptions, and expectations as best as possible. Again.... hospitality is not a perfect science, and definitely not an easy task to make everyone happy all the time! The staff at the RCBH do their best, and they deliver on the premise of ensuring their guests enjoy a first class experience in one of the most prestigious, and pretentious locations in South Florida. Bottom line, this is a fantastic place. You should understand the price point before booking and posting negative reviews about the costs of items. The maintenance and decor updating is a separate matter that should always be addressed in order for the staff to acknowledge your observations, and comments. Again, if you dont say anything they cant do anything about it. A negative review on a public, social platform like this is not the best method through which maintenance, and special requests should be aired. Where I do agree with other guests comments is at the beach. The beach service, lounges, and umbrella service, ends at 6PM. Now why is this? Does that mean that after 6PM the guests of the RCBH must bring their own seating? There are certain rules and laws that are natural, and rational based on merit, function, and safety, but if there is no real reason why they roll up all the service at 6PM, then in this is a true example of where providing service to your guests seems to be overlooked. I can see past all the other little things, and yes, when you"

"Once again, this wasn't my first choice or even second) when I was picking a place to dine. However, I was pleasantly rewarded for not being able to go to the three other places I had in mind before finding this one. I arrived towards the end of the evening but was still met with exemplary service. The food was pretty awesome too. I ordered the Jumbo Sardines on a whim, and I wasn't disappointed. I wouldn't recommend them to many people as that fish tends to be very heavy and somewhat fishy. What I was not expecting was five large fish on my plate, just begging to be devoured. Both the stuffed grape leaves and the tzatziki appetizers were done in the most perfect manner I could hope for. Despite how amazingly tasty the food was, I found a few of the prices to be higher than I would have been happy with $10 for an extra side of rice or pita). But other than that, everything was super fantastic. I really enjoyed the lemon potatoes on the side. The baklava for dessert was able to hit the spot well. Next time I go back, I think I'll try the spanakopita or maybe the kabab. Vegetarian options: There were more than a few meatless dishes. Many things were made with only veggies. Parking: The parking lot is shared with several businesses, and is not paved. More like a hard-pack with stones. Kid-friendliness: Not a great place to bring them. They wouldn't appreciate the quality. Wheelchair accessibility: Other than the parking lot not being terribly friendly to wheelchairs, there was a good ramp to get in, and the staff were very accommodating. I don't know if there was another bathroom, but the one I saw wasn't very wheelchair friendly. Too many tight turns and very little space.i"

Their expertise and attention to detail are evident in both the menu and the impeccable service. The staff is attentive, knowledgeable, and always ready to offer suggestions and answer any questions, further adding to the overall sense of warmth and care. Now, let's talk about the food. Ouzo Feta has mastered the art of capturing the authentic flavors of Greece. Each dish I tried was an explosion of taste and a testament to the culinary prowess of the chef. The menu is a carefully curated selection of Greek classics, showcasing the diversity and richness of the country's cuisine. The mezes (appetizers) are a must-try at Ouzo Feta. I started with their signature spanakopita, a flaky pastry filled with spinach and feta cheese. It was heavenly. The tangy and creamy feta perfectly complemented the earthy spinach, resulting in a harmonious blend of flavors. The saganaki, a fried cheese dish, was also exceptional, with its crispy exterior and gooey, melt-in-your-mouth center. For the main course, I opted for the moussaka, a classic Greek dish that is notoriously difficult to perfect. Ouzo Feta's rendition, however, was a revelation. The layers of tender eggplant, seasoned ground beef, and velvety béchamel sauce melded together flawlessly, creating a symphony of flavors that left me craving more.To accompany my meal, I indulged in a glass of Ouzo, the restaurant's namesake drink. The anise-flavored spirit was served traditionally, with a splash of water and ice. Its unique flavor profile paired exquisitely with the cuisine, providing a refreshing and authentic Greek experience. As a sweet ending to my culinary adventure, I tried the baklava. The flaky pastry, layered with honey and crushed nuts, was a delightful combination of textures and flavors. It was the perfect finale to an extraordinary dining experience.Ouzo Feta is a true gem that exemplifies Greek gastronomy at its finest. The combination of warm hospitality, a cozy atmosphere, and impeccable cuisine makes it a must-visit destination for any lover of Greek food.
