"The food came out in about five minutes, and the prices were reasonable. Both the pho and vermicelli were flavorful. The pho maintained its al dente texture throughout the meal, without becoming mushy or powdery. Pho #1 includes all the ingredients of pho #2 and #3, plus beef balls, and the meat in the broth was quite tasty. The broth was served piping hot, which was much more preferable than lukewarm.
The iced coffee was just right—strong and perfectly balanced with condensed milk. The seating was well-spaced, and the bathroom was clean.
Overall, this restaurant checks all the boxes for a good dining experience: tasty food, decent prices, and cleanliness. I would have rated it four stars, but there were a few drawbacks: the unnecessary use of plastic for fish sauce, disposable chopsticks when other utensils were not disposable, and a long wait to pay. I had to call over someone who was at the back of the line for pickup, and waiting to pay took at least twice as long as waiting for my food after ordering.
I might return if I'm in the area and craving pho, but it wouldn’t be my first choice."
