"The parking is horrible. Service was a little slow but acceptable. The egg-rolls were pretty bad. They weren't rolled right... Not tight enough and so the flavor was heavy on the oil since they absorbed too much from the fryer. However... The#37 Pho is excellent!!! Great beef base broth."

"Trying to find a decent Chinese food place on this side of Houston after relocating here and I am disappointed, and this is as nice as I can put it. Me and my husband both ordered the #12 Orange Chicken/Shrimp fried rice. The rice was hard and the shrimps were overcooked. The orange chicken was like that microwaveable stuff you buy in Wal-Mart 's frozen food section; Heat it and Eat it. Now, my husband is not one to complain about a restaurant and for him to throw over half his food away and say no more Chinese food for me, ummm yeah they were not good. I wouldn 't recommend this place to anyone, but of course each there own."

"I always come to this restaurant for their Bún bò Huế because I believe it is the best in Little Vietnam/Argyle. I wish they would play music here, as it can be quite quiet, especially during off-peak dining hours. The ambiance could be enhanced with some music. Additionally, the last time I visited, it was BYOB, and I hope it remains that way!"

"Missed expectations. 1. We wanted to order BBH, but it wasn?t on the Menu. I saw a photo of bbh on the google photos. 2. I tried to order a kids meal (it was on the menu) and was told that they don?t sell them. 3. I tried to order a passion fruit tea, and was told they don?t sell those either (it was on the menu as well). 4. There are no napkins on the table, and the server brings you 4 thin napkins. You pay and tip before you eat, which is fine, but I know some people like to adjust accordingly based on service and food, and you don?t get to do that here. The food was average, and the servings were large, but the prices were also a little steep."

"Some people have complained about the restaurant's early closing time, but I think anyone who runs or has worked in a restaurant understands that they need time to clean and prepare for the next day. If the restaurant closes at 8:30 PM, please avoid arriving after 8:00 PM. When you do that, it puts pressure on the staff, as they have to accommodate you even as they are trying to wrap up for the night. It can be challenging to finish your meal, including ordering and settling the bill, in just half an hour. Please be considerate and avoid adding extra stress to the team, and remember to tip them appropriately for their hard work. Anything less would be quite impolite."

"I've tried a lot of pho in Seattle and by far this is my favorite spot. The service is great! They aren't constantly checking on you while your mouth is full lol they come when your water gets low which I prefer. The chefs, from what I've seen are all women and I love that; they're also the sweetest ladies if you get the time to just share some words with them. The vibe in the restaurant is very relaxed- this place is literally like my decompressor/safe space. Consistency is key, and this pho taste exactly the same every single time. I'm never disappointed here.ALSO FREE PARKING! Cannot beat that lol"

"The cashier lady doesn’t understand English and blamed me for her mistakes. I told her over the phone that I wanted the #90 rice plate. She said yes. I had to triple confirm her to make sure it’s the rice plate and she got me a pho #90 instead. When I confronted her about the wrong order she told me I was wrong and that she was not willing to refund or replace it even though she made the mistake herself. She also made a big scene trying to comfort me and as you know, I was pretty nice about it since the food was for my husband on Father’s Day. As she charged me for the rice plate, she then tries to comfort and apologize to me multiple times as if I made a big deal about it in front of everybody. The next couple of days I came in and saw a sign explaining about this issue like seriously, they need to work on their customer service and understanding English. Not to be rude about it, but there is a language barrier and orders needs to be taken correctly or the menu needs to be fix. Overall, their foods are pretty good but there is a lot of homeless around there especially when the pho place is next to the smoke shop. I constantly get asked for change probably every visit."
