"This was my first time visiting this restaurant. My family gathered to celebrate my youngest daughter's birthday. Unfortunately, upon arrival, we were informed that we could not be seated together as we had not made a reservation three weeks in advance. The biggest disappointment was where we were eventually seated - my legs were hanging from the seat, causing me pain due to a recent knee surgery. I asked a staff member if we could move to a different table, but he directed me to the manager. Since I had previously been denied a request for lower seating for a larger party, I was not hopeful. The manager was not accommodating and lacked empathy. The wait for our food was long, and it seemed like a hassle to move to a more comfortable table for our group of four. It was a disappointing experience that left me in tears."
