"To begin, we had a reservation at 11:30am, so you would expect that items on the limited menu would be available. However, when I tried to order the lobster roll, I was informed that they were already out of it. At 11:30am?! Additionally, while our server was friendly, she made me and my friends feel rushed. In fact, she brought our check before we had finished our meal and only halfway through our wine glasses, which was quite impolite. She did not inquire if we wanted another glass or if we needed anything else. As someone who has worked in customer service before, I know that ensuring the comfort of the customer should be a top priority. Despite the restaurant's Instagram-worthy backdrops, I would not return here."
