"Normally Im a fan of your place. Today i ordered a Philly with extra provolone on wheat with banana peppers and mayo. I was first given the wrong sub, a cold sub. Then they remade it to give my the one i ordered. It came with extra AMERICAN, no mayo, on WHITE, and no banana peppers. When i told the guy at the counter, his response was one word. "gotcha. "No offer to fix it, a gift card, or even an apology. Poor form, Jersey Mike 's!"
