"We visited Eddie's for a business lunch with a party of three right as it opened. The staff was friendly and eager to help, and our server was excellent at explaining the menu options.
We started with waters and iced teas, which were refreshingly cold and delicious. Next, we shared the fried ravioli, a dish that originated in St. Louis, MO, and Eddie's did a fantastic job of showcasing it! We received about eight small, crispy ravioli accompanied by marinara and ranch dipping sauces.
It was a salad day for us, and we were blown away by the generous portions and the freshness of the greens, meats, and cheeses. It's quite a feat to rave about a salad, but these truly deserve the praise! We each ended up taking home leftovers in boxes for a snack later or lunch the next day.
I’ll definitely be exploring their menu further for my next visit!"
