"I was greeted with a smile by Camille, who seemed a bit overly friendly at first, but ultimately her warmth was a welcoming touch. Unfortunately, the food was the worst I’ve had in quite some time. Living in the boroughs and being familiar with Caribbean food, I consider myself quite capable of making an informed judgment. The patties tasted only partially baked, and for over $5, I expected better. I also ordered jerk chicken with oxtail gravy, but the chicken appeared and smelled raw and unseasoned, while the rice was overly greasy.
To put it simply, if this is how you represent your culture, you should really consider closing the place down! There needs to be more passion and pride infused into your establishment, and food should be a way to share the story of your culture. I left feeling that I had wasted my time and money, and now I feel compelled to share this review so that improvements can be made. Remember, a single positive thought in the morning can change your entire day — Dalai Lama. "
