"I always order food from this restaurant, and the food is great. However, the person who answers the phone now is a young girl with a bad attitude and is lazy. I called to order breakfast and lunch one time and asked for delivery to my office, which is a large medical practice. She answered the phone, took my order, asked for our address, and then put me on hold for 10 minutes without returning. It was unprofessional and ridiculous. I don't know if someone in my office upset her, but all I wanted was food since I couldn't make breakfast before work. I won't be calling this restaurant again until she is spoken to and corrected. There is usually a nice guy who answers, and he is very professional, and my food always arrives safely. But with her working there, I will not order from here again."
