"This restaurant is a fantastic place to dine, but unfortunately, it's a very challenging environment for employees. There is a significant amount of bullying directed towards new and younger staff by some of the long-term employees. During my time there, I often found myself avoiding going out for drinks with coworkers. Regrettably, the owner is aware of this behavior but chooses not to take action, as he doesn’t want to risk losing employees who have been there for 20 years."

"I don't even know where to begin with this restaurant. The waiter gave us a poorly presented menu and couldn't answer our questions about the food. After placing our orders, we waited 20 minutes without any interaction from the staff. Eventually, we were given a small loaf of bread. After waiting another 10 minutes, we learned that they didn't have the dish I had ordered. They didn't even realize it until 30 minutes later. After apologizing, I ordered buffalo wings, but they turned out to be plain fried chicken with no sauce. Despite some mistakes, they removed the incorrectly made dishes from the bill, making it a cheap meal."

"Terrible, not like it use to be. Bought apple pancake with side of patty sausage, and Western Omelette with extra cheddar cheese. Paid $6.00 for the sausage which was the size o a silver dollar, and was as thin as a postage stamp. The cheese on the omelette had a no taste, must have been cheapest they could find. It must be under new management or horrible cooks. I won’t be back unless I hear of a major overhaul. Probably going out of business like e rest of them."

"This review is specifically in regards to renting a Cabana at the Azure Pool on Sunday September 3rd through Resort Pass. First I want to start off by saying that the only reason I gave this hotel another chance is because we were told to come back from the last horrible experience promised by mgt next time would be better. It was actually much worse. Let me start with the pros: check in process was smooth easy Parking: Could park anywhere on the property except valet for free no pass/window paper was needed. Cons: Cabana at the Azure pool was not even a cabana. The cloth (yes cloth, not even curtains) covering it was completely ripped, torn, worn, rotted didn't even close so there was little to no shade (see picture). The very tiny couch in the so called cabana was so filthy. Full of stains, blood, food, hair, etc (see pictures). Cabana service was NON EXISTENT. Not one person served us, we had to go to the restaurant anytime we wanted a drink or food. Azure pool bar didn't' open until almost 1pm because the bartender had family issues is the reason we were given. No pool towelsI did also leave a review for Resort Pass, however people need to be warned that the hotel only charges $75 for cabana at either pool. They charge resort pass $199 for the same exact cabanas. It wasn’t even worth $75 as far as my group is concerned. Lastly, the last time we were there when no one showed up for cabana service the same reason was given. Where are the managers and concierge at this place? Why are they not stepping in and opening up the pool bars and helping out? Seems like a pattern with this hotel!Food drinks: Horrible and very disappointing!Noteworthy details: Whether you are staying here at this hotel or getting a day pass, it is absolutely not worth it. The service is non existent, the pools need a lot of work, the cabanas at the Azure pool are disgusting, no pool towels, etc. This place will reply to reviews and state they are working on things, however this is the same calculated response they give EVERYONE that complains about something and same response for years."
