"I really appreciate the furnishings and the atmosphere of the place. The Nespresso coffee was delightful. While the intentions behind the service seem positive, there is a lack of overall direction. Unfortunately, the staff appears to be poorly trained. I received the wrong coffee, and the French toast was simply fried and not prepared well. Many tables were left with empty cups, plates, and trash from previous customers, making it difficult for new patrons to find clean, available tables. Customers were cleaning off tables themselves because the staff seemed oblivious to the mess. To make matters worse, the manager was busy having coffee and food with her boyfriend, showing a lack of attention to the restaurant's needs. This is definitely unacceptable."
