"I was seated right away and requested a booth for my mother and me, but the waitress informed us that they preferred to keep everyone in the bar area. I noticed other guests being seated in the dining area, but I decided to overlook it, thinking it wouldn't be a problem with more people coming in.
About 15 minutes after we arrived, a family of four or five came in, and their food order was taken while we continued to wait. In fact, the waitress walked right past us to take their order. The restaurant was quite empty, yet we watched as four other tables received their food before us. One man even got his meal promptly, and a couple nearby ended up leaving because no one took their order.
After an hour of waiting without any food, I asked for the check to pay for our drinks. The waitress informed us that our drinks were complimentary, which was the only positive note of the experience. A woman with a light ponytail kept staring at us from behind the bar throughout our visit. The waitress, who had an arm tattoo, was very unprofessional. I would not return to this restaurant and can understand why it was so empty during the afternoon. I hope management takes the time to monitor their staff’s performance better."
