"I’m so grateful that Nuflours offers gluten-free, vegan treats. However, every treat I’ve had there over the years has been deeply disappointing. Most recently, I had an oatmeal coconut “yoyo” sandwich cookie. There is no other descriptor for it but disgusting. I tried to take a bite, and I literally couldn’t because it was SO hard. I took the top cookie off, dipped it in my tea, and it was still SO hard. I then tried the frosting on its own, and it was also HARD! It was frosting! AND, it tasted terrible. It wasn’t sweet at all, and tasted and felt like it was purely Crisco. I couldn’t take another bite. I’m so sad about this, because I want to love and support a local gluten-free bakery, but I just can’t buy more Nuflours food."
