"cb’s legacy was once bernard’s, but the chef is over and they rebranded what I have to admit that I find strange. the inner is fine underlying, clean, but not overly refined. the menu is funny; very inventive aromen and texture combos. our waiter was pablo, he was friendly and attentive. we ordered: market salad, that was simple but tasty, caesar salad, that was sturdy and tasteful, but needed anchovy! lamb dish, which was an added fritted tasting crust, but the meat itself was very beautiful and high quality. I had the special that a white fish wellington loved the phyllo, fish was ok, and the sauce was simply not polished. kartoffel and vegetables on both plates were smooth. we also had a bottle bordeaux, which was pretty flat and terrible. unfortunately, although some elements were decent, we will not come back. eating and the room just don't fit to the price."
