"Went with my sister, brother in law and nephew. We had a beautiful of the lightning and storm clouds moving in. Mt brother in law had spaghetti and meatballs. My sister and nephew had shrimp fettuccine. I had the eggplant Parmesan, which was DELICIOUS. Sue was our waitress and was WONDERFUL, ask for her. Wonderful family experience. Thank you Love Garden!! ????Vegetarian options: I ordered the eggplant parmesan, it was PERFECT, highly recommend!! Kid-friendliness: Lots if families, GREAT atmosphere, fun, not too loud!!Parking: Lots of parking. We went a week ago Sunday. It was busy. We found a handicapped spot off to the side near the entrance. Wheelchair accessibility: My sister uses a walker and she was accommodated by our seating location. Thank you Olive Garden."

"We all tried some of the specials of the day and were impressed with the fantastic flavors of our fresh and delicious meals. The service was attentive and polite, and the menu offered a wide variety of choices. The only downside was that our table was a bit small for four people, which made it difficult to enjoy our meal without the plates and glasses being crowded together. Despite this, we definitely plan on returning in the future."

"Our meal started out great. After having our salad course, which we had ordered at the same time as our main course, we were ready for our entrees. We waited, and waited-we called our server over who hadn’t been back to the table since our salad course was cleared. She made a quick comment that our food was coming and moved on. We then waited and waited until we again called her over asking where our food was. She again said it was coming. I explained that it was taking a very long time. She didn’t apologize or even try to explain, she just kept repeating that it was coming. Another 5 minutes later, our food came out-drowning in sauce, sauce congealed and looking anything other than freshly prepared-with the exception of my husbands. Again, our server was not around our table and I had to get up to find a manager. When we told the manager of our issue, showing the plates of food akin to what one would find at a greasy diner, he said he would take the food away and comp our glasses of wine. My son kept his dish as he was super hungry and needed food. When getting the bill, only the uneaten food was removed, leaving us with a full bill for both my son’s less than amazing chicken dish and our glasses of wine. We then had to wait again for our server to pay the bill so my husband went to find the manager to pay so we could get out of there. Extremely disappointing, especially for the prices that Rosebuds is charging. As a family who eats downtown Naperville 1-2 a week, we will not be back! Our Italian meals will be enjoyed at Francesca’s down the street instead."

"Went to Olive Garden yesterday after Sunday Service and our waitress/server Jocelyn was amazing!!! She was very patient and kind. Her attitude and service was great, she knew we were waiting for one more person to arrive and was very patient and not at all in a hurry for us to place our order. She did bring our drinks while we waited just a few minutes. Jocelyn came after our table was full and kindly greeted us again and took our order. She did let us know the pizza wasn't available in the kids menu which made it easier for our kids to decide on something else other than the usual. Our food was delicious and we all enjoyed our time there. She came to check on us once in a while which we really appreciated. Jocelyn, you're awesome! Thank you"

"All was right except because it it low light... we were sat at a booth and did not realize that the booth seat had food on it. Yep, I sat in something that was not noted until we were on our way out of the restaurant: Seats were not checked for food and it was not visible when sitting due to the low light so we ruined a light pair of shorts. Stopped on our way out to buy a stain stick but getting on a plane the next morning we had no choice to clean except spot clean. It looks like these shorts are toast."

"Food is standard, nothing superb but also isn't bad. I go mainly for their Zuppa Toscana! To me, it's the best thing on their menu! We usually get the Tour of Italy for the variety and enjoy it! If you order an Entrée, you can take home certain Entrées for $5 ... a smaller portion but still a good deal!"

"Our experience started off amazing! Our waitress was fabulous and immediately brought us extra breadsticks. We were so impressed with how busy she was and how attentive she was that we were going to give her our weekly Covid tip (we choose someone once a week to give a huge tip to as a thank you for working). Well, it quickly went downhill. She never came to check on us after our food was brought. There wasn 't near enough sauce on my alfredo, so the noodles were sticky and dry. My husband 's chicken in his alfredo was legit grisly, we didnt get a single refill until 10 minutes before we left and she never brought us a single refill on the unlimited breadsticks. Then we asked for a box and it took another 10 minutes. There was even extra food on our bill that we had to wait for them to take off. Needless to say, our weekly Covid tip is still up for grabs and I 'm sad I didnt get any breadsticks with my slightly tasteless leftovers today! update we went again in april 2022 and the service and food are still not amazing!"

"Olive garden in restaurants, our American institutions and provided decent meal for the money. But they will never compare with those little mom and pop shops where the whole family is cooking in the back fresh every morning, but those are getting harder and harder to find. Olive garden has a great value. Lunch, the unlimited soup or sale in with the miniature entree can't be beat. It used to be 7 bucks but now postpandemic, I think it's around $9 at most locations, but it's worth it just for the unlimited soups, warm breadsticks, and decent service."

"My husband and I decided to dine at Toozy Patza following the recent outbreak. We were impressed by the quick and friendly service, as well as the clean and welcoming decor. The pizza we ordered was incredibly delicious and we devoured the entire pie. We were surprised to find prosciutto in the Vegan Pizza and asked our server about it. She explained that the owner aims to give all pizzas a gourmet touch, and considers [censored] Cheez to be the key ingredient to make the pizza vegan. Although he may not fully understand veganism, the staff is knowledgeable and can help guide customers to suitable options. We were pleased to learn that all the breads and doughs are vegan, allowing us to enjoy garlic knots and roasted dough without any concerns."

We always come here for a family birthday dinner, now that we can celebrate with in Dining we decided for curb side pick up. It was fast easy and efficient. "This used to be a lovely place. We used to come here with our kids quite often. However, it seems that lately, what was once a charming Italian spot in the heart of Bethesda has turned into just another fast food joint. I believe this last visit will be our final one. They served me wheat beer without a glass, and when I asked for one, the server vanished. I ended up getting the glass myself, only to be met with strange looks from the staff. I noticed the kitchen resembled a fast food establishment. They brought out the garlic bread with the main course, instead of as a starter. It was nothing like the wonderful garlic bread they used to serve; it was just ordinary bread slathered with cheap tomato sauce. The carbonara was the worst I’ve ever had, and I needed a spoon to eat the lasagna. The overall attitude of the staff was one of indifference. There are definitely much better dining options nearby."

"My wife and I ate here on a Friday night. It was fairly busy and the wait staff was amazing. With all the staffing issues everywhere as of late, this business is doing an amazing job. The fresh baked garlic rolls paired well with our appetizer(muscles in white sauce) which was delicious. My wife ordered the Rotolo Alla Vodka and I had the chicken parmigiana over angelhair. Both dishes were absolutely amazing. Many places overcook or serve chicken parmigiana on the dry side. This was a nicejuicy flavorful chicken parmigiana. This business takes pride in the quality of their entrees. The wait staff was friendly andevery course from appetizer, soup and salad to entrees came out hot, fresh and timely. It?s been I while since We?ve receivedsuch great service at a local family owned business."

"I decided to give this restaurant another chance, but I think I'm done. They actually charge you for food that tastes like it's frozen and far from authentic Italian cuisine. We ordered a pizza for the kids, and it didn’t resemble what was advertised; it was more like a frozen pizza. The lasagna was cold and tasted terrible. The alcoholic drinks were just ice and water, and the soup was also cold. I could understand if it were a busy time, but on a nearly empty Sunday night, that's inexcusable. The bathrooms were dirty, and both times I was there, no one was at the front desk, so we had to wait for someone to show up. Don’t waste your money on overpriced food that tastes like it came from a microwave. I wasted $200 on what felt like microwaved meals. The only reason I'm giving it two stars is because the waitress was very kind. Otherwise, I would rate it a zero."

"I had a great time overall at the restaurant. My favorite part is definitely the Zuppa Toscana soup, it's absolutely delicious! I also enjoyed the chicken Scampi ($18.79), which is always good. My husband tried the Angel hair pasta with meatballs ($15.50) and thought it was just okay. We both had drinks as well - a glass of Beringer Merlot for me ($7.75) and a Budweiser beer for my husband ($4.99). Our waitress, Sharon V, was very sweet and accommodating."

"I don't think anyone needs to hear how amazing the food is at Olive Garden. If you love Italian food.. You're gonna be right at home here. The reason I'm leaving this glowing review, is the Excellent Customer Service. I know most of the people working hereare great at their jobs, but the night manager, Jonny, is the star of the show, and he will ABSOLUTELY take care of you and yourfamily when you eat here on his watch. We ordered carryout, which we frequently do, and we got a gallon bag of their deliciousMango Strawberry Tea, but we discovered there was a small puncture towards the top and it leaned out in our car on the wayhome. We weren't upset, but we figured we should call and notify them anyway, and not only did Jonny offer to refund our cardfor the tea, he had me come in and gave me another bag for free and a gift card for the inconvenience.. I would've been happywith his excellent attitude and a new bag of tea, but he went above and beyond and what happened as a result.. is a memorableexperience we will, quite literally, never forget. This is the new bar for customer service. Good luck to the otherrestaurants for trying to raise it"

"I never leave restaurant reviews, but we had such an off putting experience at Rosebud. My partner and I are in our early 20 's, and we dress/look a bit alternative. We are quiet, easygoing people and always tip at least 20%. We had a reservation for 7 PM on a Saturday night. We arrived and were greeted kindly by some staff, and then led to our table. Our server was at our table immediately to take our drink order, and obviously bristled when we ordered soda. She arrived with our drinks, and we placed an order for our appetizer. She brought out the appetizer very quickly, and then asked for our entree order. We had barely had a chance to look at the menu, so she said she 'd give us a few minutes. Not even 2 minutes later she was back, hovering over my partner 's shoulder. This is where it was evident that we were being rushed. We ordered our entrees, myself ordering pasta and my partner ordering the $60 wagyu steak. The food was brought out no more than 10 minutes after placing our order. The steak was cooked very unevenly, some parts being extremely tough while others were very red. It was clear that our food was rushed, which is disappointing because of the price. The server returned to refill our drinks, pointedly saying, one free refill. I was really disappointed to feel like we were unwelcome in our server 's section, from the way she was speaking to us in a very patronizing way and how it seemed she was rushing us so that we would leave. We had a reservation, were polite and friendly, and spent a decent amount of money. We finished eating, and the server asked to bring the bill, cutting off my partner mid sentence while he was responding. We paid our bill and left, our entire time spent in the restaurant being under 40 minutes. There were countless tables around us that were relaxing and chatting, but we were given a very different treatment. I enjoyed my entree, but the service and treatment from our server made it to be a sour experience. I wouldn 't recommend going here if you appear more alternative or young, as it appears some of the staff has internal biases towards these demographics allow it to reflect in the service."
