I asked the man behind the counter for a 2-3 bone prime rib, and he asked if I had placed an order. I explained that I had called earlier and was assured they had enough stock. He then disappeared for about 5-10 minutes before returning to tell me they had no bone-in prime rib available, just a boneless rib roast.
I'm not sure why I was misinformed initially, but this experience has lost you a customer. I regret not reading the other reviews that mentioned similar issues with dishonesty and shady business practices. It's really not that difficult to just tell the truth."
