"Ironically, I had been there just last week and saw the same sign next to the cash register. I politely asked if he could make an exception for me, but the employee dismissed my request with a lackluster apology that felt insincere, then turned his attention away to a co-worker. I found this behavior quite unprofessional and rude. While I considered calling him out on it, I decided to take the high road and left instead.
I believe the franchise owner at this location needs to improve employee training. If the $5 donation promotion isn’t valid, it should be taken down immediately. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, and as a customer, I expected better."
