"Firstly, there was no hot water for a shower on the first day. I had to go downstairs to request that it be fixed, and fortunately, it was working by the second day. I'm not sure why I had to ask for hot water in the first place.
On our first evening, we stopped by the hotel bar for a drink with our group before heading out for dinner. I regret ordering a Tito's and tonic, as it cost a shocking $12 for a single shot! It seems that the new management has significantly increased drink prices as well. Consequently, we didn't linger in the bar or visit it after our meal like we had in previous years.
Additionally, the hotel used to offer a complimentary continental breakfast, which we appreciated for a quick morning coffee before ordering breakfast. Unfortunately, the new manager has eliminated the free continental breakfast and the coffee service in the morning. This was a surprising change for us on our first morning. We also discovered that breakfast prices had skyrocketed, so instead of dining at the hotel as we usually did, we opted to find a more reasonably priced breakfast elsewhere.
We managed to get through the rest of our stay, but we will definitely be considering other options for next year's trip. I could understand the higher prices if this hotel were located on the Vegas Strip, but it isn't."
