"We 've been to this restaurant many times, and although it started out quite good, the food and the service has deteriorated over time. Ordering is tedious because it seems they cannot understand the simplest of orders and make mistake after mistake. Pointing doesn 't even work here. Ordered online from their menu for pickup, but when we got there the entree prices were almost 40% higher! Our expected $22 order was over thirty bucks. Upon inquiry, the young lady at the counter said oh no we don 't use that anymore (as if that made it ok). Not sure what she meant by that statement. If the price would have raised a dollar or two, it would perhaps be understandable with inflation but the difference was ridiculous. On top of that, they had ADDED $2.08 for ordering online! No real explanation or even a simple sorry for the misunderstanding . The food was fair, but far from anything special. Bland and diminutive. Chicken was tough. Will not return. Ever."
