"Truly a disappointing dinner for my family. We ordered delivery because we had been sick and this sounded great instead of having to cook and clean up. The usually amazing honey barbecue chicken supermelt was flat, misshapen, thrown together carelessly, and barely even wrapped. All the food was cold, but I can look past that because it was a busy night for deliveries and we did have a long wait. The All American Burger, on the other hand, was undercooked, like red on the inside, and my teenage son who can eat just about anything, couldn’t even eat this. He said it was nasty, tasted weird, and was “by far the worst hamburger he’d ever eaten.” I understand that some people prefer their burgers this way, but we weren’t asked how we wanted it cooked, and this is never what we get when we order a burger. If we had been asked, we would have requested well done. This clearly isn’t. There to go bags were just so carelessly packed, heavy things on top of sandwiches, wrappers half off. It made no sense. I get that restaurants and the workforce in general is suffering right now, but this is just not okay. I’m hearing all over town how bad service has gotten at this Friendly’s lately. It wasn’t just a bad night. There’s a problem here."
