"I noticed some dust bunnies on the ceiling right above the food preparation area, which is quite concerning. It looked like they had just put up a new sign, and I would have thought they would take the chance to clean up while they were at it. I definitely don't want dust on my pretzels! The line stretched all the way back to Spencer's, and there were only three employees working, with just one really helping customers. At any other Auntie Anne's or fast-casual restaurant I've visited, they usually prepare extra orders when the line gets long, so customers can pay and leave quickly when they reach the front. The last time I came here, I encountered the rudest cashier I've ever met, right in front of the manager who didn't do anything about it. Unfortunately, this visit was no different, as the assistant manager also failed to support the staff or assist customers in any way."
