"We've talked about trying the Log House Restaurant for several years whenever we go to Wytheville. Our first time at the restaurant did not disappoint. The meals we had were excellent and the service was excellent. My wife had the orange chicken with green beans and boiled potatoes. She rated her meal a 5 out of 5. I had the clam chowder as a starter. It probably was the best clam chowder I have ever had. My meal was broiled cod with green beans and boiled potatoes. Again the food was excellent. There was no room for dessert. Our server Cali was very upbeat and attentive. We will certainly stop at the Log House Restaurant in the future."

"Ate breakfast here on a Sunday morning. The Cajun omelette was unbelievably good and they kept our coffee cups full the whole time. It had started to rain by the time we were done. We asked the waiter if there was a good way to get back to our hotel without getting drenched. He told us there wasn't, but we were surprised when he brought us a spare umbrella to use. It was very kind of him. I wanted to leave this review here to let everyone know that you can get good food here from good people."
