"This is the only independent ice cream spot in Bradford, PA, as your other option is Dairy Queen. NUR is located in a nondescript shopping center and is run by friendly high school students. The interior is well-decorated and there are three picnic tables with umbrellas outside. They have a great variety of Hershey Ice Cream flavors available and the outdoor seating area is pet-friendly."

"Honestly not a good experience.Place was less than half full, however, it took forever to get waited on. Even so, another 15 minutes just to get our drinks. After finally receiving our meals, the eggs were over cooked, the home fries had no seasoning whatsoever. No flavor. Plain old potatoes. The pancakes were so thick and dry, that it took at least 2 ounces of syrup per pancake to moisten them enough to swallow. They were very dry. Like eating flour. And, to top it all off their prices are high for what you get. Sorry to say! All trueI am being very kind for giving two stars"

"Nice place but the food is too expensive for what you receive. Prices on google are WAY less than at the restaurant. Our server decided to take my husbands half full drink when he said he didnt want another and ignored us when we asked for it back. Both appetizers werent anything special. My $13.99 cheeseburger was a premade frozen patty with microwave bacon and my husbands $13.99 chicken meal was a chicken breast smothered in onions and mushrooms with 2 pieces of burnt unbuttered texas toast. Sides are extra $3.99 for basic fries). A short captain coke was almost $5. 100% would not return."

"So this has the rep if being a biker bar and many people advised to stay away. After visiting their spot, I don't see where that's coming from. Sire almost everyone in their may look like they ride a Harley, but this is Springfield, IL! Do t expect Frake to be playing on the jukebox. The place like clean and the marketing materials are up to date. A well managed location for sure. I will be coming back for those great drink prices and horseshoes.."

"We visited on November 6, 2012, and ordered fried tacos and a steak sandwich, along with some beer. Unfortunately, the server seemed unsure about the beer options and didn't mention any specials. While our food arrived in a reasonable amount of time, the tacos were enjoyable, but the steak sandwich was practically inedible. It was close to being rancid, served cold, and had a lot of gristle. We only managed to take two bites before leaving the rest. On a positive note, the french fries were good. However, we will not be returning!"

"Ok so the huge questions have been answered.So last night at park tavern I was told I am not allowed in the bar but could not give me a straight up answer as to why. Now I have been there hundreds of times and it is my last resort bar because of the amount of drama that happens. At the same time I have always been respectful and always look out for the bar tenders and the bar and have done nothing wrong there ever a side from defending myself. Now I know hundreds of people for sure and I ride a motorcycle and I ride with a lot of people so I guess you could say I am a biker in a sense but I am not in any MC Clubs at all. They posted something about bikers not being allowed anymore pictures on here with the post then corrected their own words (alot of us have). So I was told I am not allowed in the bar because I ride a bike from the sounds of it. So naturally pissed off I left. I contacted the lawyers and they do confirm that it is civil discrimination but due to the law filing a lawsuit would require way more effort than I am willing to put into this situation cause well it is park after all. While it is for sure civil discrimination the pa law states because it is private they do not need a reason to tell you your not allowed there. That's the common wealth for you but sa las. It's not about the money or actions that can be made but more about the statement behind the factor. I am making this known for everyone to see so they can clearly see the way that park tavern takes their actions and nothing in this post is slander or speculation because it was all lived current event experiences. Any place I find to leave a review about park tavern will hear about their discriminatory outlook on life. Bikes are supposed to be freeing not punished. What we drive, look like, etc should never matter. It's who we are that makes the difference."
