"Just came home from DQ , with the whole family. We all had the 85 cents Blizzard Special on the app. Each family member ordered a different type of Blizzard , and they came out Extremely soft, not formed like the ice cream should be. By the time we brought it home, it was liquid. You could almost drink them. The whole family was extremely disappointed, I was personally disappointed because I ordered the Pumpkin Pie Blizzard, which is a seasonal item . This is very disappointing because I look forward to the fall season to try all the Pumpkin stuff. This doesn 't remind of the DQ from past visits ."

"Drove past the Dairy Queen in Round Lake so that I could give my business to this one. It’s disappointing that you can’t go inside to order, therefore you can’t see the menu or the prices, therefore they can charge whatever they like. I bought a cherry Mr. Misty float which has apparently recently changed price from three dollars to four dollars. I understand inflation but an entire dollar in just a couple weeks? I can do without next time. That or just stop in Round Lake."

"This is one of my favorite Dairy Queens! The service is remarkably quick, even when it's busy—which is pretty much all the time. Every dish is made well, and I've never had the wrong order. Parking can be a bit tricky at times; there's a Lowe's across the street, but it can still require a bit of a walk."

"This place gets expensive when you add the meals with the ice cream. I see what you did there Dairy Queen.... well played. Bringing the whole family here when there's six of you makes for a deep dig into the pockets. Jokes aside.... The food was good. The ice cream was good. The service was ok... the kid at the register was a little lost, no worries though... he pulled through. The workers were too busy and entertained with their conversations about who was doing what and where. They weren't engaging with customers until they were forced to. Looked like they could of used a couple extra bodies as well. I'd go back... but no rush. "I ordered a 4-piece chicken strip basket with a large drink. The menu stated that the basket cost $6.47 and that I could add a drink for $1.40. However, I ended up paying $8.19 for the basket and an additional 49 cents for my drink. When I brought this to their attention, they told me there was nothing they could do. It's 2023, and it’s time to update your menu pricing—this is misleading and confusing. Had I known about these extra charges, I would have chosen a different place where I wouldn’t have to spend nearly $10 just for myself. Additionally, there’s no parking available other than right by the front door, so I had to drive around just to find somewhere to eat my food."

"Absolutely horrible. Horrible customer service, sat in the drive thru for 29 minutes and tried waving someone down 4 times and not a single time did anyone tell me why it was taking so long. And horrible food- it was inedible and rubbery. when I asked if I could please have my receipt they young man at the drive thru said “it didn’t print one so I can’t”. "Avoid dining at Dairy Queen Grill Chill. I placed an online order to pick up my food conveniently while I was working. Upon arrival, I discovered that I was charged twice for my order. Despite informing the manager, they claimed they never received my order and refused to issue a refund for the duplicated charge. Disappointed, I left without my order. Thankfully, my bank was able to reverse both transactions and assured me that the funds would be returned by Monday. The manager's behavior was unprofessional and unreasonable. They accused me of lying about placing the order and even insisted that I had chosen the wrong location, despite showing proof of my online order. Additionally, they called their husband to complain about me and wanted to take a photo of my bank account to prove their innocence."

"The food was excellent and arrived very quickly. However, the service at the front counter leaves much to be desired. While I was ordering, I was torn between cheese curds and onion rings. I requested to substitute fries for something else but paused for a moment. The person at the front counter abruptly asked, "What do you want?" I finally decided on the onion rings, but unfortunately, I ended up with cheese curds instead. When I went to get my drink, she called my number, and although I nodded in acknowledgment, as I was seating my child and moving to pick up my food, she rudely said, "Hello? Your order is right here." It was quite disrespectful. She clearly wasn’t listening and could benefit from training on how to treat customers more kindly. The front counter staff member was named Michelle."
