"Customer service was fine and the ice cream would’ve been fine. But there was bugs EVERYWHERE (floors, windows, cases)when me and my spouse entered. They were crawling on my leg and on another person getting an ice when we entered. Not sure what happened. I’m sure a kid spilled ice cream or whatever. But it’s food service, shut down for a bit and clean or call an exterminator. Came here a lot over the years. Won’t be back for a long time or ever after this."
