"Originally named the Miramar Beach Inn, after 30 years of my patronage, I will have to commit to memory the slight name change to The Miramar Beach Restaurant. The restaurant has a special menu on Thursdays, which has added to it 's popularity. This past Thursday 's special was crab cioppino, served with a crab bisque, and french bread to soak up the bouillabaisse. After, for dessert was a small slice of apple pie. Given the Covid-19 orders, we ate under a heat lamp on the patio outside. The restaurant has done a great job dressing up the patio for relaxed dining. Nature cooperated in giving us an amazing painted sky sunset, and shut the winds off, resulting in a rather mild evening for the coastside. Service was attentive, friendly, helpful, and very good. The crab cioppino was one of the better crab cioppinos that I have had, and included enough seafood. Miramar Beach Inn location, is as good as it gets....especially on that night. The one piece missing, sitting outside, is being able to enjoy listening to the music provided by Terry, the pianist, who is rather accomplished, and will take requests.
