"Today, Sunday, April 9, I took my family out for lunch at 4 PM. There were nine of us in total, and the staff struggled to figure out how to seat us all together. Although we eventually managed to arrange it ourselves, our experience only got worse from there. When our orders were served, it was a chaotic mess—there were no plates, forks, knives, or napkins. It was truly disappointing. I had to go to the counter to ask for spoons, but two employees responded that they didn't speak English. Finally, I showed them a spoon, and then one of them handed me one. To sum it up, if management invested some resources into improving their service, it would likely lead to more business. This is a real dilemma."
