"I ordered a Sesami chicken Don for takeaway at 12:15 pm on May 10, and what I received was far from satisfactory. The attached picture speaks volumes: a measly three pieces of chicken adorned a plate that once held a generous portion. This glaring reduction in quantity left me utterly disappointed. It's evident that the quality and portion size have taken a nosedive since my last visit. Sadly, I won't be returning to this establishment again. Save your time and money for a place that values their customers' satisfaction."

"Ordered via GrubHub:Got two simple spicy rolls $6.50 each) and a Kani salad $7.50).Did not get what I paid for, and the taste isn't lacking, it is just missing. Rice tasted funky, and no flavors in the tuna/salmon. The spicy wasn't even there. The salad was mainly a leaf of lettuce with very little fake crab meat as it was. It was flavorful, but wasn't much so definitely a loss on almost $30. I did save $3 since it was my first, and last, time ordering from this restaurant."

"They're new to the upper east side of NYC. The place is small and tight. The service was very reasonable, draft beer was also reasonably priced. My basic Ramen dish was very tasty but not a knock out. Priced well too. If you need a quick Ramen hit this place is OK. I'll try something different next time and see if it's better than my first order. The place was packed so they are clearly doing something right. Give them a try. You be the judge."

"The pick-up process was smooth, as it was a ghost kitchen. However, the food didn't match the pictures. You need to add extras for an additional cost, and I paid extra for an egg, but it didn't come. The chicken didn't appear to be white meat and looked nothing like the picture. The katsu curry was overcooked, dry, and had almost no curry sauce."
