"I’ve been several times before and have always enjoyed the dinning experience. However, this time I was seated by the emergency door and had a fan overhead. Both my mom and I had to leave our coats on it was so cold. The fan caused the grill flame to concentrate one side causing either burned food or slowing cooking. While I enjoy well-done meat, my companions do not. Overall, it was disappointing and did not leave a good impression on my parents."
