"I called to make a reservation and they told me they had 5pm of 7pm available. I selected 7pm. We arrived a little before 7pm but couldn't get through the door because there was a line/crowd and no one at the hostess stand. Then, they started to call me at 7pm so I pushed my way to the front to tell them we were all there (the whole party) but couldn't get in. They told us to wait one moment while they got our table together. We were finally seated 30 minutes later but only given 2 menus for a party of eight. 15 min passed before someone came to ask if we had any questions about the menu. I told them no, we were ready to order. They asked us to wait one moment and left for another 10 min. After ordering, our food came out very sporadically. Everyone had finished eating by the time I finally got my second roll. Overall, a very disappointing experience based on service. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2"
