"This Subway location is by far the best I've ever visited. The food quality is consistently fresh and delicious. The staff here is outstanding—definitely the best fast food team I’ve encountered. Being in retail myself, I pay attention to how employees interact in other establishments. At this Subway, every customer is greeted warmly as they walk through the door. The team is incredibly friendly and helpful, working together seamlessly to prepare orders. I’m particularly impressed that they wash their hands between tasks, which is not only impressive but quite rare in fast food. When they’re not making sandwiches, they remain productive by tidying up and renovating the space. It’s clear that anyone who manages this facility knows how to train their staff well. I really hope they continue to retain these exceptional employees and treat them well."

"This is definitely the worst subway I have ever been too, I usually avoid going to it unless traveling to another one is just too inconvenient because they are extremely cheap, slow, rude, and have different policies than every other subway. Today when Iwalked in I knew I wouldn?t expect much but than I saw some b that made me just walk out the store. They had a signlisted where you could only chose certain sandwiches if you had a coupon. And all those sandwiches were the least expensiveones. I know this probably a decision from their ownership and management, which show from the top this place is absolutelypathetic! In the past they also have rejected coupons that clearly should be valid at their store based on the fine print. Iwasn?t even going to use a coupon but the fact this business is so unprofessional and cheap was too much. Never visit thislocation ! It?s worth the mile drive to go to a much better subway."

"We love Subways and usually visit one whenever we go on vacation. I'd like this Subway (and others across the nation to serve these yummy foods: 1. AirFried Chicken Veggie Sandwich (antibiotic free, air fried, mildly spiced breaded chicken 2. Heirloom Tomato Salads 3. Yakitori (antibiotic free grilled chicken skewers, containing sliced leeks/scallion hearts 4. More Children's menu stuff (airfried chicken nuggets soft juicy ground meat , sweet potato/carrot fries, kids salads, teriyaki turkey burger sliders, hidden veggie mac and cheese, boxed veggie fruit juice."
"They gave me the completely wrong sandwich, no meat, nothing but vegetables! I asked for a Chicken Bacon Ranch and I ended up with a veggie sandwich instead and so when I went back there to have them fix it, I realized it was after hours, because their new hours is that they shut down at 8pm. This was like at 8:05/8:10, and she would not even come to the door to see what was wrong, and I was trying to explain to her that I was given the wrong sandwich and she basically brushed me off and said “no, we close at a 8, go away!” Very very rude!!! So I paid for a sandwich I don’t even want! You don’t do this to your customers, to someone whose very hungry worked a long day! Not happy at all!! From looking at all the bad reviews, it’s shameful how poorly managed this store is run!"

"This is the worst Subway franchise I've ever been to. My family ordered three subs while we were in a hurry. When we picked them up and paid, we discovered that they had given us the wrong type of bread, neglected to toast any of the subs, didn't include cheese on any of them, and didn't add any dressing or sauces when we requested them. On top of that, they included a bunch of extras that we didn't order, which I had to set aside. When we called to politely let them know about the mistakes, they insisted they were right and gave me attitude instead of acknowledging the error."

"I couldn't believe what I was seeing at this restaurant today. When we placed our order, we received the exact opposite of what we asked for. We ordered a cold cut sandwich with pepper jack cheese, salad, spinach, tomatoes, pickles, black olives, banana peppers, and mayo, as well as a spicy Italian sandwich with pepper jack cheese and mayo. Instead, we were given a cold cut sandwich with pepper jack cheese and mayo, and a spicy Italian sandwich with pepper jack cheese, salad, spinach, tomatoes, and puffs."

"Love the Protein Bowls at Subway. Their sandwiches are good too, but we've been getting their bowls lately. Delicious! The servers were just ok on this day, usually, they are friendlier than this visit but anyone can have an off day. They did their jobs though. As far as the store itself is concerned, it is time to revamp this store! I know it's busy enough to deserve it so what's Subway waiting for??North Vernon deserves a Subway with a drive-thru! I would probably go a little more often if it had one, you know, sometimes you just don't feel like getting out of the car."

"I did an online order and when I went inside to pick it up nobody was in there, from workers to customers. Only a loud beeping noise. I waited around to see if anyone would come out, and they didn’t. I started to shout “Hello, is anyone there?” No response. I even called the store phone number , and nobody answers. I would have left if I didn’t pay already. As I was about to call subway customer service to cancel my order, a man comes out and a lady from the back come out. and there was no apologize, they had an attitude like I was distributing them from something. Safe to say, I am definitely not going back."

"Ordered online. When we got home, one 12inch sandwich, which was a turkey ham and bacon sandwich, charged extra for the bacon had 4 pieces of meat and no bacon on the entire thing. The second sandwich the bread was still dough, so the bread wasn’t finished cooking. Has so much sauce on one side and none on the other. Will be calling tomorrow to speak to a manager about a refund. This was by far the worst subway experience I’ve ever had."

"She did apologize for her attitude, saying it had been a rough night, but her behavior didn’t improve. When we asked a few simple questions because she mentioned being out of items and that she could only prepare limited options so late, we were met with frustration. I understand having a bad day—I’ve been a pizza maker for eight years, and I know how important customer service is. You never know what someone else is going through. It's not fair to take your bad day out on customers who might also be having a tough time and just want a meal to lift their spirits. It’s essential to remember that we're all here to do a job, and treating customers like an inconvenience is not acceptable."
