"I absolutely adore Star Mix and their food. The owners are fantastic, and you can truly taste the passion and love in every dish. Recently, I discovered that in addition to their amazing falafel, they also serve some of the best burgers around. Today, I’m excited to order a burger and can only imagine how delicious it will be. However, while waiting, I overheard a woman causing a scene with the staff about her “slimy” burger, which she had already eaten entirely. I couldn’t believe my ears when she complained that her burger wasn’t dry enough, despite having requested it well done and nearly burned—clearly, her taste was as disappointing as her attitude. Although it was regrettable to witness such behavior, it inspired me to finally share my long-overdue 5-star review of this incredible place."
