"1. On three separate occasions, while I was discussing something with another employee, she stared at me intently from behind, even though I was clearly trying to get help with my to-go order to check if it was mine or someone else's.
2. My usual order was inexplicably canceled after I had already placed it, forcing me to wait an additional ten minutes to reorder. I tried to text to place my order, only to find out that it had been canceled without explanation.
3. The final straw came yesterday when I attempted to place another regular order online, but the system indicated that it was too busy to accept orders. So I walked in, expecting a quick chat, only to be met with, "You have to wait because I'm currently busy." I couldn't believe it! When I asked when she'd be ready, her response was a vague, "Um, I don’t know, maybe ten minutes?"
Because of these experiences, I can't recommend this place to my colleagues, as I wouldn’t want anyone else to go through what I did. It’s unfortunate, especially since most of the other staff are friendly and helpful. But one bad apple can spoil the bunch. By the way, I usually don’t leave reviews, but I felt it was important for the owners to be aware of how some employees are impacting the customer experience. I've noticed that other reviews mention a similar issue with this employee's behavior as well."
