"After about 35 minutes we still did not get our sushi, the kitchen had a very big order ahead of us, unbeknown to us, so we started to get annoyed and then the manager arrived with some nibbles and an apology. Our food arrived 5 minutes after that and then he told us he took care of our entire bill! This was a really nice gesture on his part and the food was really good. We appreciate their customer service and we will definitely go back!"
