"We brought a group of elders and children from a softball tournament to the restaurant around 3:30 or 4 PM when they weren’t busy at all. After I told them we had at least 15 people, they gave us a card and a credit card before seating us. The adults sat at one table, and the kids at another. Shortly after we were seated, the arrogant manager approached our table and informed us that they couldn’t serve us because we had more than 9 people. An argument ensued, and I asked him if he was saying he didn’t want our business. His only response was that it was policy. At this point, his rudeness made it clear we wouldn’t be spending any money there, so we left and went to Rey Azteca Mexican Restaurant. We had a wonderful meal, enjoyed many drinks, and tipped the waiter generously for his excellent service."
