"I ordered food from this restaurant tonight. When I went to pay for my food. I handed him (owner) my credit card. Before he ran the card, I told him to add something from the cooler that was right next to the register. When I turned around from the cooler, the owner had thrown my credit card on the counter and went about his way. Instead of handing it back My credit card to me. I told him that was very unsafe and I could’ve just walked away, not realizing that he didn’t hand me back my card. That it was very impolite And disrespectful of him to just throw my card down on the counter . This wasn’t the first time he was rude to me. This is the second and last time because I would never go back there again. He seems like he just doesn’t like my presence there for no reason. So I will Take my money and spend it somewhere where I am appreciated."

"I usually order a cheesesteak hoagie with everything no mustard which is usually GREAT but idk if they have someone new cooking but every single time i order now they get it wrong . I just had a cheesesteak hoagie WITHOUT CHEESE ???? or condiments ????like no mayo , no ketchup , no salt , no pepper literally JUST meat , lettuce and tomatoes between bread . I called , they saidthey were closed and i told them I?m not ordering and that they messed up my order . They said bring it back . Before giving memy money back the owner inspected the food , agreed there?s no cheese then said that i didn?t ask for anything else i told him isaid everything no mustard and he said ?if you don?t say it we won?t put it on there? he offered to put the food back on thegrill lol but how would that taste ? So i said declined i told him this is the third time they?ve messed up my order the ownertold me ?then order somewhere else? as if that wasn?t next ???????? they?re terribly incompetent then sarcastic about it"

"Dont expect much here. This business relies on taking advantage if the late night crowd.. They take forever to make and deliver your order. Most times on busy nights they are taking 5 and 6 delivery orders at a time. If u are lucky enough to hit them up on their downtime beware they will recycle unused slices that are days old. Always ask for fresh slices. Most of the lunch meats and pasta items are frozen and not fresh. Lot of reliance on the microwave in the back of their kitchen. Their are also mice spotted which they choose to ignore. Also make sure to ask for fresh milkshakes as they have a tendency to reuse ones that were not picked up by customers. The fresh rolls that get delivered every few days are frozen and most likely have the appearance if fresh. Some of the items customers dont pick up are reused to other customers hours and sometimes even days later. Eat at your own risk and remember not all late night options are good ones."

"Hi! My name is Camille and I visited John’s for the first time today! I am not from the state of New Jersey. I was traveling and starving so as I was going back to DC, I saw this store and decided to give it a try! I wanted to say that this place exceeded my expectations and more! The lady at the front (Caucasian lady) greeted me with a smile and even complimented my scent. She was so kind, warm and pleasant. She took my order very swiftly and got my sandwich done in 10 minutes. My food was hot, fresh and delicious! She even brought my order out to my car! I don’t know who the owner is if this establishment, but I will say that this place will definitely prevail as they treat their customers with respect and care! "If I could give zero stars I would... Ordered a small Stromboli n fries took them a hour to deliver to my house which is 13 minutes from the store. My food was completely cold. They refused to refund my money to the card I paid for it with. Refused to send me a refund with the delivery driver. The young girl on the phone told me they aren't allowed to refund over the phone nor allowed to refund to l there the delivery driver and I had to wait until a magnet came in sometime tomorrow for a refund.. needless to say I got my money back today!! I had to actually go into the store for my refund.. but I truly suggest not to do business here. So rude n nonprofessional to the fullest."

"I had never tried Ambler Pizza before, but I decided to give it a shot over Labor Day weekend. Feeling unwell and craving pizza delivery, I ordered the Chicken Rosa. While it was delivered on time and was hot, I was really disappointed. I could hardly find any chicken on it; it was mostly cheese and breadcrumbs. The crust was different from what I'm used to—very lacking in substance! At over $30, I expected much more. Naturally, I was quite unhappy. After sharing my experience with the manager, he kindly offered to deliver a cheesesteak and French fries to me for free since I’m home with a broken leg. That was delicious, and I appreciate their effort to make up for the original mistake."

"The burgers and garlic knots at this restaurant are excellent. The knots are served with marinara sauce and have a crispy exterior with a soft interior. Each order comes with about 6 or 7 knots, which are quite large and highly recommended. I had the BBQ burger with pickles, and the sauce was sweet and not overpowering. I suggest adding pickles to your burger as well."

They forgot the garlic bread on our shrimp basket and I called to let them know, they did absolutely nothing to compensate.
